From the VoIP list you can quickly create a task assigned directly to the right client. You will never miss an important matter agreed on during a phone call.
Task in one step
Click Add task in the VoIP list and fill a simple form — the client is already assigned automatically.
Deadline and assignee
Set a due date and assign the task to any team member directly from the call view.
Reminder
The system sends a notification before the task deadline — nothing slips through.
