Sugester was born out of a genuine need. Our previous product — InvoiceOcean — had grown a large customer base, and answering their questions was consuming more and more of our time. We tested many popular helpdesk systems, but they all turned out to be too complex and unfriendly for everyday use. So we decided to build our own tool — simple, efficient, and designed with businesses in mind.
Sugester has operated as an independent company since March 4, 2015. Early on, we secured investment from Inovo VC — a venture capital fund focused on Polish technology startups. Today, Sugester is fully self-funded, growing on its own revenue without external investors.
