Using the VoIP module is incredibly convenient when customer service is mainly done by phone. Save the caller as a client and from that point every call, note and task is linked to their CRM card.

When a known number calls, the system displays the customer card with full contact history.

After each call you can add a note that goes directly to the customer's history in CRM.
