How does the callback widget work?

1. The visitor fills out the form — a "Call me back" button appears on your page. The customer enters their phone number and clicks.

2. The system queues the call — Sugester automatically detects available agents and initiates the call. The customer waits on the line or receives an SMS notification.

3. The agent answers the call — the Sugester panel shows the customer data, contact history, and CRM card before answering the call.

4. The call is recorded — optional call recording with automatic saving in the customer history.

You paste a JavaScript code snippet — just like the live chat widget. The button appearance is customized in the Sugester admin panel.

Can I set callback hours?

Yes — you can configure an availability schedule. Outside working hours, the widget informs the customer about callback hours or asks them to leave a message.
