The idea for Sugester was born while working on the InvoiceOcean system. The creators of Sugester — brothers Michał and Marcin Stefaniak, and Paweł Deryło — had already achieved success in the SaaS segment before Sugester: their InvoiceOcean project quickly earned the trust of over 100,000 customers, with nearly 50% of new customers being companies from outside Poland.
Sugester was created in response to the needs of customers and the InvoiceOcean team, which uses Sugester daily for customer support and task management. Initially created as a side project by the InvoiceOcean team, Sugester quickly attracted prestigious clients such as Lenovo Poland, Carrefour Poland and the City of Warsaw. Sugester has operated as an independent company since March 4, 2015.
In April 2015, Inovo VC — a venture capital fund focused on Polish technology startups — decided to invest 1 million PLN in Sugester. Today, Sugester is a fully Polish company, self-funded from its own revenue, with no external investors.
Sugester solves a problem that most companies face daily: too many emails in the inbox and the difficulty of responding quickly. This problem especially affects companies that lose customers because an employee takes too long to respond to an email. Sugester is a modern Polish SaaS tool for comprehensive management of customer communication and information flow within a company.
