If your company uses Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online), you can now connect your mailbox via OAuth - with no manual SMTP and IMAP server entry. Just sign in with your Microsoft account and you are done.
The simple Gmail SMTP setup works the same way - you provide your address and an app password, and the system picks the servers for you.
A feature many customers had been waiting for: email forwarding. Got a message from a customer that really belongs with a colleague from another team? Click "Forward" - the email reaches the recipient with the full thread history.
Mail folders now have unread message counters - you can see how many emails are waiting for your attention. Folders you do not need right now can be hidden, and they reappear when you need them again.
Email threads are shown newest first - you no longer have to scroll all the way down to see the latest reply.
Not everyone on the team should have access to every email template. A new permission lets you limit template visibility - the administrator decides who sees and uses which templates. Handy when you have templates with sensitive information (discounts, special terms).
Users can now delete their own account - without emailing support. The process is safe: it requires confirmation, and the data is removed automatically after a set deadline. Full compliance with the right to be forgotten (GDPR Art. 17).
Two-factor authentication matters, but typing a code on every login from the same computer gets annoying. The system now remembers your browser and network - on a trusted device you sign in without a code, while a new device still requires verification.
A new departments module lets you assign users to teams (Sales, Support, Marketing). And when inviting a new user you can pick a custom role with precise permissions right away - no need to change them after the fact.
Knowledge bases and CMS pages now automatically generate a sitemap.xml and robots.txt. The llms.txt file (a standard for AI crawlers) is generated automatically too - your knowledge base is visible both to Google and to AI models.
